Promoting Innovation in Prosecution

Promoting Innovation in Prosecution is a nationwide program supported by grants from the Bureau of Justice Assistance, Office of Justice Programs, US Department of Justice (Grant number 97-DD-BX-0006).

Developed by the Jefferson Institute for Justice Studies, it is designed to help local prosecutors, especially those in small and medium-size offices, take advantage of the latest improvements and programs that enhance the quality of prosecution in their community and throughout the state.

It focuses on the basic essential components of prosecution: intake and screening, case management, management information and police-prosecutor relations.
